Each player gets to choose how much of an immersion they wish to have in the baseball universe it builds, rather than being pushed into a predetermined style.

For me, the most interesting part is going from being unsure to being confident. Weaknesses, new players, and a lot of potential for growth are all things that a new squad may face in the outset. We may work on such weaknesses match by match. As time goes on, the team improves, the decisions are more calculated, and the group starts to take shape. The underdog squad can regain its composure and take on more formidable opponents when the time is right.
