U4GM MLB The Show 26 USA Conquest Map Guide

You don't beat the USA Conquest map by chasing every shiny tile at once. That's how you end up with little fan piles everywhere and no real punch when a stronghold gets in the way. The better plan feels a bit boring at first, but it works: pick a side, build one main force, and keep feeding it. If you're already grinding Diamond Dynasty and thinking about roster help, MLB 26 stubs can matter outside Conquest, but on this map the real currency is territory. More hexes mean more fans. More fans mean fewer close games and fewer wasted turns.

Start small and stop spreading out
A lot of players make the same mistake early. They grab a few spaces in every direction, then wonder why the board starts pushing back. Don't do that. Begin in a corner if you can, because corners are easier to protect. The Pacific Northwest is a comfortable starting lane, but the same idea works from any edge. Take empty one-fan spaces first. Keep moving until your attack runs dry, then use the menu to skip ahead to Reinforce. Drop nearly everything onto one forward hex. Not two. Not five. One. That stack becomes your hammer.

Use the turn phases like a rhythm
Conquest is much easier once you stop treating each turn like a fight and start treating it like a routine. Attack, stretch your line, pause, reinforce, and go again. Early on, your fan stack might only be five or six million. After a few clean turns, it can jump into the twenties. That's when the map opens up. You're no longer nibbling at the board. You're cutting lanes across it. Try to claim strips of territory that block rival teams from wandering into the open spaces behind you. It looks simple, but it saves loads of annoying cleanup later.

Box in strongholds before taking them
Strongholds are tempting. You see the team logo, you want to knock it out straight away. Sometimes that's fine, but it's usually smarter to surround it first. If a rival stronghold still has room to expand, it can keep building fans and make the capture more irritating than it needs to be. Close the exits. Take the tiles around it. Once it's trapped, you can decide when to play the game. With a huge fan edge, you'll often get better difficulty choices too, which matters if you're trying to finish the map without sweating every inning.

Keep pressure on the front line
As your territory count grows, reinforcements start coming in much faster. That's the point where the USA map turns from a grind into a sweep. Don't get cute and scatter fans across quiet borders unless there's a real threat. Keep loading the front, keep moving the big stack, and let the numbers do the heavy lifting. Players who want to build their squad while working through modes may also look to buy cheap MLB 26 stubs for extra flexibility, but on the board itself, patience and clean fan placement win the map more than anything else.
