Bugatti battery question – just out of curiosity, how do they even access it?

Okay this is more of a curiosity post than anything practical because I definitely don't own a Bugatti (I wish). I was reading about hypercar maintenance costs and someone mentioned that a Bugatti Veyron battery replacement costs something crazy like 10,000 dollars. That got me wondering, is it that expensive because of the battery itself or because of the labor to get to it? I found a page online https://batteryzoneuae.com/bugatti-battery-replacement/ that talks about specialized service but it got me thinking. Do you have to remove body panels or the entire rear clamshell? I've seen videos of how tight the engine bay is. Also do these cars use special lightweight lithium batteries or just heavy duty regular ones? And if the battery dies, can you even jump start a Bugatti or is that risky for the electronics? I'm just genuinely curious how the ultra rich deal with something as mundane as a dead battery. Does the car have a dedicated battery tender plug somewhere? Or do owners just have a mechanic on retainer? Not looking to buy one anytime soon obviously but I find the engineering fascinating. Anyone here ever seen a Bugatti battery replacement done? Or know someone who's been through it? Just a random late night thought I figured I'd share. Thanks for indulging my curiosity.
